Partial service outage on 9/18/21
Incident Report for Mason America
Resolved
On September 18th 2021 between 13:38 and 15:09 PST, Mason experienced a partial service outage. The event occurred during a scheduled infrastructure upgrade. During this time, access to the following was interrupted:

-Controller
-Mason Docs Site
-Some Mason CLI functionality including artifact registration and deployment
-Provisioning of new devices

Though new device updates were prevented during the event, device-side functionality and cellular connectivity were not impacted. For some devices, the GET Device API experienced a 24 hour delay in reflecting changes to data such as information about SIMs, wifi, bluetooth, and battery level.
